  • The above courses and activities are for reference only and are subject to the final arrangements by the local organizations or organizers.

     

    The assembly and departure dates and times for the courses may be adjusted according to the arrangements of different airlines. All details are subject to the announcements made during the briefing session.

  • Deposit Payment

    A deposit of HKD $5,000 is required to secure a spot in the study tour.

    The deposit is part of the total program fee and will be deducted from the final payment.

     

    Tour Confirmation

    The tour will only be confirmed once minimum participant requirements are met and all arrangements are finalized.

    Participants will be notified of the tour confirmation via email or phone.

     

    Refund Policy

    If the study tour cannot be held due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient participants, travel restrictions, or organizer decisions), the full deposit amount (HKD $5,000) will be refunded to the participant.

    Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation confirmation.

    If the tour is confirmed and the participant chooses to withdraw, the deposit is non-refundable.

     

    Remaining Payment

    The remaining balance of the program fee is only required once the tour is officially confirmed.

    If the participant fails to pay the remaining balance by the specified deadline after the tour is confirmed, their spot may be forfeited, and the deposit will not be refunded.
